• Order & contact information: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery date and time slot, order details, and any custom instructions or images you upload.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Account & communications: emails you send us, promo signups, and unsubscribe requests.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

• Process and deliver your orders, including payment, fulfillment, and customer support.
• Send transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery updates, receipts).
• With your consent, send promotional emails such as discount codes; you can opt out at any time.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site and detect fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Email service providers — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Delivery partners — to fulfill orders at the address you provide.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) for essential site functionality such as shopping cart, session management, and remembering UTM attribution for up to 30 days. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

We retain order and customer information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain marketing communications. The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
